The seller delivered the ladder quickly. No problems there. The ladder, however, is one of the least expensive of the telescoping variety. It feels and looks cheap right out of the box. I intended to use it for my home inspection business but after the lock failed to engage one of the sections I knew it was time to order a known brand. When one section of one side collapsed when I was half way up the ladder, I knew this unit was completely unsafe and unreliable. I am surprised that it was even allowed in the country considering the safety hazard that it is. Throughout the weeks of owning it more and more of the locking pins simply failed to engage even when pushed on. It's total trash. Please note this review is my opinion of the product and not the seller.

This ladder says it is professional grade up to 300 lbs. not so! I weigh 150 lbs. the first time using this ladder I almost broke my neck when 3 steps broke. Good for the garbage can only.
