Big helper versatile laddr.

Arrived in a package I can move and handle alone.
Small footprint for a 12-foot ladder.
Quite handy for changing light fixtures on vaulted ceiling.
Solid build with well engineered machanical joints.
Ladder width is almost 15-inch; End bars 26-inch. Right size for most projects.
Folding design proven to be somewhat clumzy when setting up in tinght space.
Plastic parts too stiff and leave marks on beige walls.
Overall very well made, amazing product at this low price.

Very good ladder for price

The ladder is made well and worked very well for my first project with it. The assembly was simple except for one problem, when attaching the feet supports. The bolt holes didn't line up, I had to open up one portion to allow the bolt to go through. It wasn't a big deal, just a pain in the neck.

The one thing you could have explained better is the hinges only fold in one direction, which makes it more difficult to set it up in the position you need.

Overall I think it's a good tool and will be useful for many years to come
